Placentia Man Dies in Single-Car Crash

A 32-year-old Placentia man was killed early Friday morning when he crashed into a tree, police said.
Allan Stanley Rosales was not wearing a seat belt during the 2 a.m. single-car crash in the 400 block of West Warner Avenue, police said. He suffered head and chest wounds and died at the scene.
Witnesses told police Rosales was driving at high speeds when his car veered and left the road.
