The Bruins are coming off their best performance of the season--an 84-56 victory over Washington State on Thursday--and Washington is coming off its worst loss in 43 games--a 77-58 defeat at USC. “I don’t know if this foretells the future, I just know we had a pretty good game last night and we’re hoping to build on that,” said UCLA center Jelani McCoy, who will be matched up, at least on offense, against 7-foot center Todd MacCulloch. Washington (which lost in overtime at Pauley Pavilion on Cameron Dollar’s buzzer-beater last season) committed a season-high 29 turnovers against USC. UCLA had 16 Thursday, well below its season average.
