In other games at the Mustang Invitational:

Orange 4, Los Alamitos 2--Agustin Valverde, Jose Velazquez, and Juan Jose Madrigal each scored for No. 1 Orange (9-0-2) in the semifinal game. The other goal was an own goal.

Santa Ana 3, Capistrano Valley 0--Horacio Velazquez, Jose Sorto, and Dan Gonzalez each had a goal for No. 5 Santa Ana (8-0-2) in the other semifinal.

In the championship of the San Luis Obispo boys’ soccer tournament:

Mater Dei 3, El Dorado 1--Mater Dei recorded its fourth consecutive come-from-behind victory in the five-game tournament. After Eric Lyons gave El Dorado a 1-0 lead in the 20th minute, Tony Micheletti scored his 12th goal of the season and Nick Marin followed with another first-half goal for the Monarchs.

Walter Camargo scored his fourth goal of the tournament on a penalty kick in the 65th minute to seal the victory for Mater Dei (11-0-1).

In nonleague boys’ basketball:

Century 65, Palm Desert 39--Terrail Zoller scored 26 points and had eight rebounds in a nonleague victory for Century (9-6). Ricky Lopez had 17 points and eight assists for the Centurions.

Magnolia 65, Loara 57--Zamiro Bennem scored 23 points and Brian Morris added 18 for Magnolia (10-6). Neil Thomas had 13 points for Loara.

Marina 82, Westminster 74--Scott Rivera scored 20 points in a nonleague victory for Marina (11-4). Donald Lank had 17 points for the Vikings.

Ly Nguyen scored 29 points and Brandon Fox scored 24 points for Westminster.

Mater Dei 75, Cerritos Gahr 55--Mater Dei jumped to a 26-10 lead after the first quarter and a 19-point lead at the half. Mike Vukovich had 18 points and 14 rebounds, Tom Lippold scored 16 points and Kevin Augustine had 11 points and 15 assists for the Monarchs.

Servite 78, Trabuco Hills 67--Steve Shea led Servite (11-4) with 19 points and 10 rebounds and teammate Stephen Hogan finished with 17 points. Trabuco Hills’ Chris Majors had a game-high 31 points.

In the championship game of the Santiago girls’ basketball tournament:

El Toro 73, El Modena 47--The Mendiola sisters combined for 47 points as El Toro won its second tournament of the season. Giuliana Mendiola scored 26 points and Gioconda Mendiola had 21 for the Chargers (13-2), who won the Century Tournament last month.

In another Santiago Tournament game:

Canyon 70, Corona del Mar 49--Jenny Fulbright scored 22 points as Canyon won the third-place game. Sara Mohkami scored 20 points for the Comanches (8-6).

In nonleague girls’ basketball:

Fountain Valley 48, Cerritos Gahr 47--Jennifer Nakano scored 12 of her 16 points on three-pointers to lead Fountain Valley (6-9), which led by two after three quarters and then held off visiting Gahr in the fourth.

Irvine 66, University 46--Jami Allred had a team-high 14 points and 10 rebounds and Myra Hardeman scored 12 for Irvine (8-5).
