Chill Out at Finnish Festival

Everything from reindeer racing to golf in the snow is available Feb. 26 through March 2 at the second annual Northern Lights Festival in Rovaniemi, the provincial capital of Lapland in Finland. Other highlights are motorized sled racing, billed as the world’s first such contest; a snowboard jumping exhibition; and ice fishing.
