Re “Hate Crimes Increase; Blacks Targeted Most,” March 27:
What the liberal establishment calls hate crimes is a small fraction of interracial crime. When whites are victims, racial identities are concealed or the media ascribe some other motive. The Times could give a truer picture of racial hostility by identifying the race of criminal and victim whenever they are not the same.
