2 Deals Announced

IRVINE — PharmaPrint said Monday that it has entered separate agreements with two European companies to develop pharmaceutical versions of three herbal medicines. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
The agreements announced Monday are with Indena SpA of Italy and with Schaper & Brummer of Germany. The company said it expects these or other agreements to begin contributing to financial results within 90 days.
PharmaPrint Inc. is a developer and manufacturer of pharmaceutical versions of herbal medicines. The company also markets its PharmaPrinting technology to other pharmaceutical companies.
