Acquisition Completed

IRVINE — Bristol Technology Systems Inc. said Monday it had completed the acquisition of International Systems & Electronics Inc. of Miami, Fla., for an undisclosed amount of cash and stock.
International Systems sells, installs and services point-of-sale systems to the hospitality and general retail markets in Florida and Latin American countries. A Bristol Technology spokesman said International Systems had revenue of more than $5 million last year.
Bristol Technology Systems is a retail automation company.
