For visiting groups that want to see the Seattle area from air, land and sea, there’s a new Water, Wings and Wine Tour organized by Columbia Winery and several other companies in Woodinville, Wash., outside Seattle. Guests take a cruise through Puget Sound and Hiram Chittenden Locks, a motor coach to Woodinville and finally a float plane over the Seattle area. It all happens in one day, between 10:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The tour is for groups only, with a minimum of 15 people. The cost is $95 per person. Reservations: tel. (206) 789-6498.
