Hot Rods by Boyd Names New Director

* Chip Foose has been named managing director of Hot Rods by Boyd in Stanton, a subsidiary of Boyds Wheels. He will continue to oversee the design engineering of Boyds’ product lines while assuming responsibility for directing the Boyds Hot Rod organization.
* Jack Utter is the new president, chief executive and chairman of the board of Nerox Energy Corp., an Irvine company with interests in oil and natural gas, coal and power plant development. Utter was previously a board member and general counsel of Nerox. He was also president, chairman of the board and general counsel to Tommy Lasorda Foods Inc.
* Selena Sinson has been named senior database manager for SK&A; Information Services Inc. in Irvine. She joined the company in 1989.
