Guard Chris Dade has become Cal State Fullerton’s top career three-point scorer.
Dade connected on three of eight three-point shots in Tuesday night’s 65-61 loss at Pepperdine, giving him 148 for his four-season career. Dade shared the previous record going into the game with Mark Hill, who played for the Titans from 1988-90.
Dade, the first four-year starter at Fullerton since Tony Neal in the early 1980s, is averaging 21 points after five games this season.
Fullerton’s other starting guard, senior Chris St. Clair, is only slightly behind Dade in three-pointers with 143. St. Clair made two of four Tuesday.
