Retiring Newspaper Publisher Erskine to Be Honored by Chamber of Commerce

Retiring newspaper publisher Gerry Erskine will be honored by the Los Alamitos Area Chamber of Commerce at the business organization’s meeting Aug. 27.
Erskine has been publisher of the local News-Enterprise for many years and was voted the chamber’s 1993 Woman of the Year. The luncheon will be at 12:30 p.m. at the Rib Restaurant, 5350 Katella Ave. Reservations: (562) 598-6659.
