A groundbreaking ceremony for a new Christian Education Building will take place after the 9 a.m. Sunday morning worship service at Presbyterian Church of the Master. The facility will accommodate more than 500 students and will house Christian education classes and child-care programs. The church is at 26051 Marguerite Parkway, Mission Viejo.
