Irvine-Based Wet Seal Names Human Resources Executive

* Shelley Moeller has been appointed vice president of human resources for Wet Seal Inc., an Irvine retailer of apparel and accessories. She joined the company as director of human resources in November 1992. Moeller was previously human resources director for Remedy Temp Inc. and held human resources positions with Kelly Services and Saks Fifth Avenue. Also, Heather Hollister was named vice president of real estate. She joined the company in April as director of real estate. Before that, Hollister was senior vice president of leasing for General Growth Management Inc.
* John P. Walas has been named sales manager of Fluid Research Corp., a Costa Mesa manufacturer of metering and dispensing systems. He was formerly western regional sales manager for Techcon Systems in Carson.
* Benjamin L. Ortega has been appointed senior project manager for the multifamily development division of Sares-Regis Group in Irvine. He was previously a project manager and development agent for Hogle-Ireland Inc., a development consulting firm.
