Calabasas Company Wins Contract with Skunk Works

National Technical Systems Inc. won a three-year, open-ended contract from the Palmdale-based Lockheed Martin Skunk Works to provide the division with testing, analysis and engineering support personnel on an on-call basis.
The value of the contract, which is based on an hourly rate for each task assigned, could be as high as $10 million, the Calabasas-based provider of testing services said.
