Dagan Sales and Marketing, a maker of athletic apparel and related products, has acquired an industrial building in the Mission Oaks Business Park in Camarillo for expansion and relocation from Newbury Park.
Earlier this month, the company moved into the 8,048-square-foot building on a half-acre at 365 Balboa Circle. Approximately 20 people are employed at the site, which represents a 50% increase in space for Dagan Sales.
Company president John Dagan said the move to Camarillo is designed to accommodate growth while remaining in the same general region. Dagan manufactures custom sports apparel, including letterman jackets, and provides custom embroidery, silk-screening and advertising for specialty industry products.
Daum Commercial Real Estate Services represented Dagan Sales in the acquisition. CB Commercial represented Pardee Construction, the seller.
