Concordia Regents Elect Chairman

C. Neil Ash has been elected chairman of the Concordia University Board of Regents.
Ash, who became a member of the board in 1990, is a retired vice president of Allied-Signal and a member of the State Bar of California.
He served in the U.S. Navy in World War II and in the Korean War, for which he earned the rank of lieutenant commander. He and his wife, June, live in Rancho Santa Fe.
Founded in 1972, Concordia University at Irvine is a member of the Concordia University System of the Lutheran Church--Missouri Synod.
