InSight Sees a Profit

NEWPORT BEACH — InSight Health Services Corp., a provider of diagnostic imaging and related management services reported net income of $1.3 million, or 24 cents a share, for its first year. Revenue for the fiscal year ended June 30 totaled $93.1 million.
The company, formed in June 1996 from the merger of American Health Services Corp. and Maxum Health Corp., posted fourth-quarter net income of $533,000, or 10 cents a share, on revenue of $24.9 million.
