Consultant to Lead Burson-Marsteller

Santa Barbara-based consultant Graham Phillips will join Burson-Marsteller as chairman on Nov. 1. Phillips, the former chairman and chief executive of Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide, will move to Manhattan. Phillips spent 28 years with Ogilvy & Mather and has been a management and marketing consultant in Santa Barbara since 1992.
