Re “GOP Stall Tactics Damage Judiciary, President Charges,” Sept. 28: George Bush had 66 judicial appointments approved by the Senate during his last year as president. Bill Clinton has had only 17 approved in 1996.
Hmm. Wonder who has the ability to pick judicial candidates with the right qualifications.
