Industrial Buy for Pacific Gulf

NEWPORT BEACH — Pacific Gulf Properties Inc. said Tuesday that it has acquired a 10-building industrial portfolio in the Northern California community of Hayward for $18.5 million.
The buildings, which contain about 501,000 square feet of leasable space, were bought from Eden Plaza Associates. The buildings are next to existing Pacific Gulf property, said the company, a real estate investment trust.
