Anderson and Anderson Bought

IRVINE — Anderson and Anderson Insurance Brokers, a commercial insurance firm, has been acquired by a unit of Aon Group, an insurance services holding company. Terms were not disclosed.
Anderson, which has more than 100 employees in its offices in Irvine, Glendale and Stockton, was acquired by Aon unit Aon Risk Services.
