Oxford Health Plans Inc. shareholders sued the company a day after a profit warning sent the health maintenance organization’s stock plummeting 62%. The lawsuit contends that New York-based Oxford Health misled investors about problems with the company’s computerized billing system. . . . Glaxo Wellcome said it named Robert Ingram chief executive, replacing Richard Sykes, who remains chairman. It also said that Sean Lance, who was chief operating officer and widely considered a contender for the CEO job, will leave the London-based company. Glaxo, the world’s second-largest drug maker, didn’t give a reason for the management change. . . . Federal Communications Commission auctions for 525 wireless licenses got underway, with bids totaling $13.07 million after the first two rounds.
