101 Gridlock

Why is there gridlock on the eastbound 101 Freeway through the Valley and the 405 Freeway transition? Duh! The most heavily trafficked onramps are without signals. C’mon Caltrans, this is a no-brainer. Install signals on all the onramps immediately.
