A 64-year-old grandmother convicted of obstructing official business by feeding parking meters for strangers is suing the city of Cincinnati, her lawyer said. Sylvia Stayton filed the damage lawsuit in Warren County Common Pleas Court last week even though the appeal of her conviction has not been completed. She was fined $500.
