Angel pitcher Mark Langston and outfielder Rickey Henderson have filed for free agency.

Langston was 2-4 with a 5.85 ERA in a season plagued by injuries. He underwent elbow surgery in May and pitched only once afterward. Henderson hit .283 in 32 games after being acquired from San Diego.

Catcher Todd Greene underwent surgery on his right shoulder at Centinela Hospital Medical Center. He is expected to be ready by spring training, Angel officials said.
