Scott, from Rowland Heights Rowland High, missed the first four games with a broken collarbone but is quickly getting back into the flow. He caught nine passes--three for touchdowns--for 215 yards Saturday as the Hornets beat Palomar, 65-48. He has four touchdowns in two games after getting six in 10 games last season.

Soccer/Midf ielder

Desatoff, from Hacienda Heights Los Altos High School, had another big week for Cypress, which is the top-ranked team in the state. She had two goals in an 8-0 victory over Fullerton and one more in a 7-0 victory over Irvine Valley. She also had five assists in the two games. She starts the week with 18 goals and 19 assists.
