Matt Donahue, a 6-foot-2 guard from Etiwanda High, said Tuesday he has made an oral commitment to play basketball at Cal State Fullerton.
Donahue has played little the last two seasons. He dislocated his right thumb, tearing a tendon, last December. As a sophomore, he was out the entire year because of a broken ankle.
He also visited Northern Arizona and was being recruited by Sacramento State and Cal State Northridge. Donahue plans to sign a letter of intent in November.
