Rules for Press

Were the stakes not so serious, your Oct. 21 editorial regarding press restrictions at Los Angeles Superior Court would be laughable! After spending enormous amounts of energy, money and column space eviscerating the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution, you now decry the chipping away at the 1st Amendment. Register reporters and handguns? How dare they! What did you expect? Isn’t the pen mightier than the sword?
“According to what I have seen, those who plow iniquity and those who sow trouble reap it” (Job 4:8). In modern vernacular, “What goes around, comes around.”
