Centris Acquires Reinsurance Company

COSTA MESA — Centris Group Inc. said Tuesday it acquired Interra Reinsurance Group Inc., a special risk accident and health insurance and reinsurance company. Terms weren’t disclosed.
Interra had revenues of more than $2 million in 1996. Costa Mesa-based Centris, an insurance holding company, recorded sales of $$796.3 million for fiscal 1997.
