The Garden Grove manufacturer of energy conservation and related products reported net income of $2.1 million, or 42 cents a share, for the second quarter, which included an extraordinary gain of $1.9 million from debt reduction. Net income for the second quarter of 1998 totaled $105,900, or 3 cents a share. Revenue was unchanged at $1.3 million.
