The Warner Group, Woodland Hills, has been acquired by GartnerGroup Inc., Stamford, Conn., for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 1980, the Warner Group provides consulting services for public safety and criminal justice systems and other agencies in information technology, communications technology and electronic commerce systems.
The GartnerGroup provides information technology products and services to governments and companies worldwide.
