At tonight’s meeting, council members will discuss placing six speed limit signs and installing a striped double yellow center line and reflective markers along Monte Verde Drive to keep traffic flowing smoothly through the residential area. The council is also recommending approving plans to build batting cages at Chapparosa Park, Rancho Niguel Park and Niguel Hills Middle School.
