Tim Keenan, who was elected mayor by the City Council in December, will launch a series of meetings later this month to offer information to residents about programs and projects in the city. The first meeting will be held Jan. 30 from 10 a.m. to noon at Cypress Library, 5331 Orange Avenue. Additional “Outreach Program” meetings will be held throughout the year.
