Lee Group Sets Record

Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services, a major regional brokerage, posted record revenue of $85 million last year, up 25%, on $4 billion in transactions, the company said Thursday.
The firm’s three offices in Orange County also reported that revenue increased 8% to a record $16.6 million last year on $700 million in transactions.
The company, which employs 288 agents in California, Arizona and Nevada, attributed the rise, in part, to the strong economy and a growing share of the markets it serves. Lee & Associates was founded 20 years ago in Orange County.
