Know of an active senior who proves that life over 65 can be full of vitality and accomplishment?
As part of its “Ageless Heroes” program, Woodland Hills-based Blue Shield of California is seeking people who serve as role models in such categories as vigor and vitality, community involvement, love of learning and creative expression.
In California, one Ageless Hero from each category will be recognized at an April 30 luncheon in Los Angeles. National winners will be honored at a special ceremony in Chicago.
To nominate someone, complete a form and write a short essay about the person by Feb. 26. For information, call (800) 463-0055.
