The city has $1.7 million in redevelopment funds it plans to distribute, in part, through a residential rehabilitation program, City Manager Keith Till said. Four families already have been approved for the program, which gives low- to moderate-income families funds to renovate dilapidated houses. Information: (562) 431-2527.
