Despite protests from about 20 neighbors that a 16-home development--south of Bastanchury Road near El Dorado High School--would create traffic problems on their street, the Planning Commission voted unanimously Tuesday to approve the project. The plans include extending Brower Avenue, now a cul-de-sac, to intersect with Valencia Avenue.
