** 1/2 Various artists, “Whiteboys” soundtrack, Offline/TVT Soundtrax. Many of the songs actually have something to do with the racially charged comedy about rap wannabes--a rarity for hip-hop-based soundtracks. Still, a number of marginal cuts appear, including a disappointing offering from Big Punisher and a forced effort from Canibus. Strong work from Raekwon, DJ Hurricane and Do or Die anchors the uneven, in-your-face collection.
