Software Firm to Occupy Site Bought by Lombard

Lombard LLC has purchased an 11,000-square-foot office building in Thousand Oaks from General Telephone for $935,000.
The two-story building at 241 Lombard St. will be occupied by Bonafide Management Systems, a software development company, starting in July.
The company, which employs 30 people, will move from Woodland Hills and will use the new facility for corporate offices and the development of retail software and software for health care financial transactions.
Capital Commercial/NAI represented Lombard in the transaction. GTE was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
