San Clemente Hospital and Medical Center will be holding a back-to-school kids’ health clinic Saturday. Free examinations include blood pressure checks, vision and hearing tests, TB tests and family health reviews. For $65, children 2 months to 18 years old can receive up to five vaccination shots. Parents should bring school vaccination records. The clinic is from 8 a.m. to noon. The hospital is at 654 Camino de los Mares. Information: (949) 661-2455.
