Athletic director and baseball Coach Greg Marshall is leaving Laguna Beach High at the end of the month to become athletic director at Cerritos Gahr High.
Jonathon Todd, who has been the Artists’ director of activities for four years, will replace Marshall as athletic director, a school spokesman said. Todd is a graduate of Laguna Beach.
BOYS’ BASKETBALL
* Mark Decker, who led Escondido Orange Glen to the San Diego Section Division II title last season, has been hired to coach boys’ basketball at Irvine, according to Vaqueros Athletic Director Erik Terry.
Decker, a graduate of UC Irvine, coached at Orange Glen for four seasons and also spent a year as an assistant at UC Davis.
He replaces veteran Steve Keith, who resigned after 12 seasons.
GIRLS’ BASKETBALL
* Respp Relatores has been named the varsity girls’ basketball coach at Fullerton High, the school announced.
Relatores, a Troy graduate in 1982, coached the junior varsity last season. Relatores replaced Lorriessa Randle, who resigned after one season.
