A sewage spill has resulted in the closure of 2,000 feet of Blue Lagoon Beach, including a small portion of Lagunita Beach. The spill occurred Monday when a pipeline blockage caused sewage to overflow into a storm drain at Blue Lagoon Beach. The beach has been closed to water-sport activities until further notice by the Orange County Health Care Agency. Beach status reports: (714) 667-3752.
