Current Accounts: CyberCash Inc., a Reston, Va.-based provider of online payment systems, awarded its advertising account to San Francisco-based Katsin/Loeb Advertising. Billings were estimated at $3 million. As part of its duties, Katsin/Loeb will develop print and broadcast ads aimed at merchants. . . . Opus360 said it selected New York-based Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners to handle the $20-million account for its FreeAgent.com unit, a week-old online service aimed at freelancers.
