The City Council recently approved an agreement with Union Pacific Railroad to upgrade crossings at three locations along Lambert Road. The total cost for upgrades is nearly $300,000, about $100,000 of which will be split between the cities of La Habra and Fullerton. Two of the crossings are west of Palm Street in Fullerton. The other section is west of Harbor Boulevard. Each city will pay an additional $23,000 for plans, detours and barricades. The money was allocated in the 1998-99 budget.
