The last day to apply to the City Council for a seat on the El Toro Road redevelopment project area advisory committee is June 18. The City Council will select committee members at its July 6 meeting. The committee will recommend redevelopment plans for the area, which stretches down El Toro Road from Trabuco Road to the San Diego Freeway.
