The Redevelopment Agency on Tuesday will consider combining the city’s financial resources for the $54.3-million Jeffrey-Lynne Neighborhood Revitalization Project, entering its second year of planning. Under the proposed agreement, the city would provide $14.5 million and the developer--Anaheim Revitalization Partners L.P.--about $40 million.
Last year, the city began developing a proposed long-term plan to revitalize Jeffrey-Lynne, a blighted enclave of low-income housing next to Disneyland plagued with the highest crime rate in the city and poor living conditions, officials say.
