The City Council recently approved a plan for eight two-story, detached single-family homes to be built on a one-acre site on the east side of Yockey Street, south of Trask Avenue. Guest parking will be allowed along both sides of a private street. The residential units will share a single floor plan type. Each unit is about 1,900 square feet, and there will be three bedrooms, with an option of a den or fourth bedroom, and 2 1/2 bathrooms.
