Residents are invited to a free enchilada dinner and organizational meeting Tuesday for a new program that seeks to prevent alcohol, tobacco and drug abuse, especially among young people. The group is organized by Communities in Prevention North, a YMCA program. The meeting will be at the Community Center, 101 W. La Habra Blvd. Registration is required by Friday.
