Supporters of the Ronald McDonald House of Orange County plan on flipping 15,000 pancakes this month at their annual breakfast fund-raiser, co-sponsored by the California Peace Officer’s Assn. Ronald McDonald House of Orange County opened in 1989 to serve as a home away from home for families with sick children in nearby hospitals; the blue house with white trim has since served more than 4,000 families. Proceeds from the breakfast will fund stays for families and be used for general house maintenance. The event costs $3 for adults and $2 for children, and will be held at 383 S. Batavia St. from 8 a.m. to noon June 26. Information: (714) 639-3600.
