Capistrano Unified trustees tonight will consider the city’s sponsorship of ball field improvements at Moulton Elementary School. A joint-use agreement will allow the district and the city to be partners in the project, but the city will foot the $775,000 bill because the school is in Laguna Niguel. The project will include two ball fields and one soccer field, bullpens, batting cages, restrooms and expansion of the parking lot.
